You had better put a book down the back of your pants if you are going to have dealings with the girls, and some guys, who dish out the punishment here. These ladies know what they are doing. Shadow Lane has been making punishment movies for a while now, the content here dates back to 2005, and they know exactly what you like to see. But this isn't any old punishment site, it does not have gratuitous hardcore, it's not about the sex that might follow the spanking and discipline sessions, it's about the discipline itself. And that's girls dishing it out to men, men to women, and to other ladies, in groups, in couples, in domestic situations, in schools, you name it, it's here.
And it's all shown in a movies section where there were 225 scenes. These ran for around 15 to 25 minutes each and came with one simple Flash stream, plus one download for the full file. The viewing options are rather limited, there are no parts and sometimes you find WMV files to take, though now it's mainly MP4, and the top resolution was a DVD quality at 720 x 480 @ 2,000 kbps. In fact, these scenes come from released DVDs so although they are made exclusively by the company, they may also appear elsewhere. You can check out the DVDs from the 200 shown in the DVD area. Here you get descriptions and details but you then have to head off and buy the items.
There are screen caps with the scenes though, and these will give you a good idea of how the story unfolds. You can click one to start a slideshow and also click through one at a time. The quality is reasonable, but if you want bigger and better images then check out the 91 photo sets in the main Photos area. These also come with slideshows, and the recent ones click up to huge sizes, though they start off scaled down to fit standard screens. The quality is fine here and the action stays 100% on niche.
The site is also very functional and it gave me no hassles. I found good search and sort options, there are plenty of details about scenes and also linked tag words to help navigation. There's a category page too, and members can leave comments on what you see. There are places to rate the scenes, you can add things to a favourites area as well, and there's a search facility.
And as for extras. You get a set of 15 full length erotic fetish novels to read online in an e-player. That's a really neat addition to the site. Another one is the collection of artwork, comic strips and drawings that you find in the Art section. Again, great quality content and completely on-niche. There is also a page showing some other sites that you might find interesting to go and see, but these may require a signup to access.
Quality
This is all studio made DVD quality with a slightly amateur and homely feel to it. The sound and lighting is fine, the acting is, well, it's sometimes porn movie acting, the visuals are fine, though older content may not have the same higher resolution specs. The galleries are decent too and the site is very functional.

There were 225 DVD scenes taken from 200 DVDs (that are for sale) and that ran for around 20 minutes each and came with one stream and one download. There were 225 screen caps collections too, plus 91 other photo sets with around 130 pics per set. You will find 85 ladies in the model index, updates are weekly and everything is on-theme.
Pros
You have exclusive spanking and punishment movies here from a well-established company, the quality is fine (DVD standard) and updates happen every week. You have a functional site that's interactive, and you also have 15 full length books and lots of fetish art as a bonus.
Cons
The viewing options are limited at this site with only one option for streaming, and one for downloading, sometimes more. But full files only and no clips. The quality is mid-range and DVD release, rather than HD. There are 200 DVDs to buy, but you don't see all their scenes in the members' area.
Pricing & Bonus
The price is right, as they say. For the amount of content and the speciality of that content you are being asked for a reasonable monthly membership fee; longer-term memberships are even better and will work as the updates seem to be regular. There were no bonuses sits as I could see, but nice extras with the books and art.
Conclusion
Shadow Lane knows its stuff, it knows how to make romantic, storytelling scenes and it employs models who also know what they are doing. This is real discipline content with nothing faked, it's mid-range, reasonable DVD quality and there are weekly updates. Downloads may be limited but the action certainly is not.
